International 3444 clutch problem

Can anyone give me some information on
Hydra-Shuttle clutch problem. The clutch seems
like it is not fully releasing and is hard to
get in and out of gear. Could this be a hydraulic
oil problem? I just bought the tractor from a
AUCTION. Also what is this tractor worth?
