When I wanted to get into old tractors I shopped them like you would a car. Went to a local old tractor dealer and looked at all he had. The Olivers...don't know much about them but the "77" I think is a good example...are probably the most cosmetically beautiful tractors with all that sheet metal and shiny paint but I don't think that I would want to marry one. For overall beauty, inside and out, the kind that lasts a lifetime, I would go Farmall M and, if you want to be very specific, the SMTA.
