Sorry to hear about that, I am alway"s so paranoid almost about stuff getting loose and coming off the truck or the trailer, when people drive so close that they will hit stuff, even when they saw it coming off the trailer for a mile or so, they still stay behind it, never figured that one out, you might be like me, when I strap a tractor, or the bobcat or anything else down the tires squat down good, good lesson to get rid of the little straps and stick with the 2 inch ones.. Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
