I decided to quit school after completing the eighth grade. When my dad got wind of it ,he planted 20 acres of navy beans,gave my brother and I a hoe and told us he didnt want to see a"weed" in them.The season before,he had planted buckwheat in the field,that only was partially harvested due to the rains of the century.I think you can picture the hell we faced daily until the start of school in the fall. We were the first ones in line to go back!!!! W4
