O.T. How to get yellow off vinyl windows

I recently bought a golf cart with the idea using it at shows for transportation maybe,and one of the vinyl windows in the wet weather cover has turned yellow. It would be o.k. to use like tinted window maybe except that it is half yellow down one side of the windshield part and the other half that apparently was not exposed is still fairly clear. Can this be removed, or is it necessary to pitch the vinyl and try to replace it? Thanks for any advice. gene Davis
