I'm going to have to differ with the others. You can spend 3,000 or 4,000 on your current truck and it will still be worth about the same as it is now. Once a truck gets over 150,000 you are not going to get much out of it anyway. If you buy the 02, at least you will have a truck worth 18,000, which is what you will have in it, whereas if your now truck is worth 1,500, and you spend 4,000 on it, it will still be worth 1,500. You will have 5,500 in a 1,500 truck and you still don't know what will go wrong next week. I know that the 02 can break next week also, but the chances aren't nearly as great. My dad always said " don't through good money after bad, and I figure spending a lot of money on a truck with 250,000 miles is doing just that. I know a lot of people drive them till the wheels fall off, but a lot of parts get replaced before the wheels, and those parts cost money. After all is said and done it's your truck, and your money and I hope you do what's best for you, but I would think long and hard. Later, Nat
