CG, Doggone, (snapping fingers), I just got rid of the last of the "Free, good laying chickens" about a month or so ago. They were "good laying hens" that is until the feller who bought them decided to expand his operation, and raise more himself. The trouble is, according to him, is that he either planted them too deep or too close together, and they all died. I"m just wondering, since you want the chickens free, do you want the feed and the brooding equipment free also? Let us know in a few weeks how this charity deal is working out for you.
