They are basically the same darned tractor save for the decals and the rear remotes. The 656 will have those old pioneer type and the Hydro 70 has the big "Old Style" IH couplers with the levers.

Since they are both gassers, I'd go with the overhauled one. Just make sure the hydros work okay; it's kind of a heartbreaker when they go to slippin'. (Like mine) :>)
