I think the upside down will make too much blood rush to my head. I keep thinking of building a version of a medievil rack. Didn't Learch have one on The Adams Family ? Went to a Chiropractor once that had some machine that lightly pulled on you like that and ran rollers up and down your back. Wish I could find one of those cheap and use it every day.
