hi nat- this is right in the foot hills, correct, I prob. would be more interested in something closer to 95 but give me some time to think it over-- also what are the taxes etc in that area- and the regulations- how much property-- kind of heat-- how far from rt.81 I might be interested I"m looking to get out of the snow and cold.
