Sometimes there are standard install air bags available for the front too. Check with NAPA or any other local auto parts house. I know you can ask any local 4x4 center about either air ride suspension as in similar to the hydraulic low riders, but the other direction, or many times there is a 2 wheel drive lift to get that baja truck look.
If you would just like to have the truck level when it empty but are not allways close to an air compressor, you can get a small electric compressor for under the hood and they make a dash switch that you can increase or decrease the air pressure just by pushing the switch up or down.
