My uncle had a 12A. This man never spent a penny without thoroughly researching a machine so you know that any purchase was well thought out. He always maintained that a 12A was even better than the Allis Chalmers combines of that era in that they also had that wide body and seive area which did an excellent threshing and cleaning job and you didn't have to contend with the side discharge of the Allis's.
