here's what I know I have been riding 3 and 4 wheelers for 23 years now. I have seen yamahas my friends had and there were all right. I've had a few older hondas and they were good but my friend had a new one and it never worked something with there new transmission. Now my favorite is Polaris the were the first with full foot boards, hydraulic all wheel brakes, auto trans, rope start backup, and they are heavy and stable. good luck hope this helps.
