The R.C.M.P.(Royal Canandian Mounted Police) visited my neighbour about a complaint of dumping thousands of yards of fill on his rather small semi-suburban property.Leo proceeded to hold the bucket of his Cat wheel loader inches above the squad car roof and told them in no uncertain terms to leave.They left peacefully and that is when his troubles began.In the Great White North it began with a single letter than another and more and more.A blizzard of letters,each one bearing more and more bad news.Exponentially expanding bad news.A white out.He lost his health,he lost a lot of his exuberance,and he rarely goes out.Me,I think I'd take the shooting the resulting windfall from sueing.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
