Nope, I been out all day with my friends and I'm staying in. Probably be sound asleep long before 9 PM. Closest thing to fireworks around here was while I had some help I had the Little Cowman lift me up in the loader bucket to unsnarl the electric wires to the house that got tangled up in that last snow and wind storm, (and ya, we shut the juice off first so not much excitement there) Seems somehow that the older I get, "dull and boring" suits me fine. Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard. From the engine number, it was found that this Major was produced late 1946. It was almost complete but had various parts that would definitely need replacing.
