Probably ate itself. The crank will either need ground or replaced. Rods might be bent, pistons wrecked, valve train shot. Pulling it around the yard trying to get it to turn isn't helping the thing. Either the rods or mains are seized. Previous reply is correct. Have to tear it apart to know for sure. Worst case scenario, you keep the block and everything inside is replaced.
