Contental engine carb problem.. please help.

Hello Tractor people, I was told you people might be able to help me with a problem i have with a old forklift. it has a engine thats a contental 4 cyc flathead with numbers F4162 214 75561 casted on it. it was running on propane, but i took a gasoline carb off a junked gas welder that had a simular engine on it, the carb is a Marvel schebler TSX-514 S-9790 G80 I took it apart and cleaned it. but now i need to know where to adjust the brass air needle adjustment to, does anyone know ?? any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Dave.
