When my Hesston SP moco caught fire last summer the Wis V4 engine started cranking over. The key was off so it didn't start but it cranked til the battery went dead. Actually, I think that's what saved the engine from melting or seizing. It totally melted the aluminum carb and fuel pump as well as burning the belts and wires.
