Old: Like the other fellows say, step back for a while. A month, a year. I picked up a few other hobbies, small ones that don't cost huge bucks that I can pick up and put down in a minute. It helped. Switching around lets you make new contacts, talk to other people.
Good luck. Winter doesn't help. Hell as a hot place came from the culture of desert people. Hell is not hot. Hell is cold.
