I did what you're talking about with my Farmall M. I have a Bush-hog/Freeman 2000 loader on it that has a very heavy frame. I removed the bucket, started propping up material for a blade, and then made the necessary bracing back to the loader arms. What I ended up with is 42" high, 8' wide, and has moved snow for 30 years now. It takes about 10 minutes to attach, and about 5 minutes to remove. If you get into some serious snow, you WILL need to add weight to the back of your tractor.
