When a brake problem is detected, the ABS computer shuts down the ENTIRE ABS system, until the problem is remedied, AND the ABS trouble codes are cleared from the computer. You need to get the basic braking system properly repaired, and functioning, and then find out how to clear the ABS computer, or pay a shop with the correct scan tool to reset the ABS computer for you. At that point, if the basic braking system is sound, AND the ABS is functional, it will work properly, and no more trouble codes will be set. The point is, when the ABS computer detects a fault, it will shut down ALL ABS operation, to prevent the chance of uncontrolled brake application, until the problem is remedied, AND the computer is cleared.
