For long distance- $1 per mile
For around town- $35 per hour After you take into consideration wear and tear, fuel, insurance, license, you still won't be taking home squat. I stopped doing custom work because, at the first flat tire, or blown transmission, there goes the profit. But the job has to go on, so yo blow the profit for the next job hiring someone else to finish the first job.
I hope this is just a hobby for you, because it aint no picnic!
