finish mower

Can't seem to keep one blade tight on my 3-blade Befco finish mower. It loosens after mowing a while. Also, it is difficult to get under mower and hold top nut to loosen or tighten nut on the spindle. Any tricks to this? Appreciate anybody who has experience with these to make suggestions.
