Actually all WD-45's had the curved shifter. Although the late WD's had a curved shifter as well. I have also always heard that people switch the emblems because WD 45's are worth more. Some people put the wd 45's engine in the WD because the WD 45 had more horsepower. It is kind of hard to tell.
