They may be burning trash to cover up the smell of a meth lab. We had this happening at a neighbor's house not too long ago. At any rate, I think it's safe to say that anyone who still burns trash on a regular basis is either a redneck or a meth chemist. (No offense to the rednecks out there!)

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
