VW had a car in the LeMans race last year but had to drop out due
to clutch or gearbox failure. They figured they only had to keep up
and the greater distance between pit stops would put them up near
the front.
I have a VW TDI and can't understand why more people don't want
this powertrain. Lotsa torque!
