Why is it not running? Is it stuck or bad ignition? What is the sheet metal condition? Equipment? There are a lot of variables, you have to list all the plus' and minus'. If it just needs a little work to get it running, worth more, been sitting in a field rusting for 10 years-less. Ya gotta be more descriptive. Might also get more if you can part it out.
