Jer, I'm with Allan on this. If I get email from someone I do not know or a server that I am not familar with I go directly to DELETE, do not pass go, do not collect $200.
There are many NEW viruses put out there everyday and you would have to update your virus definitions every hour to keep ahead of the game. Be safe hit Delete key.
