In your price range to do what you want I'd suggest a farmall M with an aftermarket 3point hitch. For a little more you can get into the utility ractors like the Ford 801 or simular massy ferguson. The M will do better pulling out stumps and the 801 better with the brushhog and box blade. The M and 801 are rugged tractors that can take some abuse like stump pulling. The Oliver 77 might also be a good choice. JD's will run higher because everone likes to restore them. Your price range will definatly put you into an older tractor that most likely will not have a live PTO or power steering. Although you can equip both with loaders their not going to be as easy to use or fast as a current loader tractor.
