Your Case has Live Pto. That means you can stop and start the ground travel without interupting the PTO. A 4000 with IPTO would hve to be a 3 cylinder, 1965-1974. The 4 cylinder 4000s, 1963 & 64, were available with Live but not Independent. IPTO allows you to engage and disengage the PTO without interupting the ground travel as well as the other way around.
