I would have to see it to comment on this trailer but think about it. They load 20,000 lbs in a single axle pup trailer and pull it with a single axle truck. It is most likely a single axle with duel wheels. I would pass as you would need to pay very close attention to placement of load on trailer for the proper tongue weight.
