Nice that you,re in for a dealership of houtgasgenerators. People may ask themselves: "OK, it produces gas to run an engiine, but why is it called a houtgasgenerator?" Well, it's a Dutch word meaning 'woodgasgenerator' since the Dutch word for wood is "hout"(pronounced as 'howt').Forced by petrol scarceness the device was widely used througout europe during WorldWarII to keep buses, trucks and cars going. The woodgasgenerator which uses 'dry distillation' -> pyrolyse (=Latin for 'extract wth fire'). The same process occurs in any ordinairy fire, but then the produced gas is consumed by the flames. Good luck with the project! Greetings from holland.
