I was not going to mount my wheels in front on the skids. I propose to mount them beside the skids. Wheels that I would use would be solid, 10 to 12 inch diameter by 2 1/2 wide with approximately 1 to 1 1/4 inch axle as used on industrial carts/dollies or forklifts. Two of these should easily carry equal weight that the back trail wheel is carrying now. I would remove the wheels for cutting saplings of large size. Actually I do not like to abuse my tractor by running over such trash so I back over large brush, having raised the bushog and letting it down on what I am cutting. Therefore the wheels may not interfere.
