Like others said,the ignition module on the inner drivers side fender(kinda 4"x4" looking box with a couple wires).Mine went in the winter quite a few years ago(no longer have it),uncle was following me..we were hauling firewood...coasted off the side of the road..he came over,lifted the hood and threw a handful of snow on the module and held it on there for a couple min.

Told me to hit the key,and it fired right up.Got two at the junk yard..put the one on and stuck the other behind the seat for a spare..ran the truck a few more years with no probs,and the spare module was still laying behind the seat when I sold the truck.
