Phil, I usually size mine to something close 640 by 480 before I up load them. But you can go back to Photo bucket click on edit above you photo and resize it down by 75% 50% or 25%. Something you will have to play with to learn how to do it....HTH All takes time to learn these new fangled things. Keith & Shawn
