Today I looked in the paper and found 20 or more lots between 20 and 50 acres, not one of them going for less than $1750/ac completely unimproved, where as I got mine with a well and power, so in the final analysis, I'm laughing my *ss off while receiving offers and looking for more land. So much for the money, for the most part the people are decent, economy is flat, jobs barely exist and it's 18 minutes to town on a good day, nothing open on Sunday except the 9.3 million churches strategically located on every single block. 50% of the people in this county are either retired or 'disabled'.
