9N MARVEL CARBURATOR

I RECENTLY PICKED UP A 9N WITH A LOADER, AND DEARBORN POST HOLE DIGGER. WHEN I TRY TO START IT AND LET THE CHOKE OFF, IT LEAKS FUEL OUT OF THE CARBURATOR (OF COURSE IT WON'T START). ANY IDEAS? ALSO, THE POST HOLE DIGGER HAS SOME LONG ARMS THAT I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ATTACH TOO. THANKS
