Ford 2110.....A Good Reliable Tractor?

I will be attending an auction soon that will have a Ford 2110 tractor, 1300 hours showing, 1 remote, and 30 hp. The tractor looks average for it's age. What would be the max($) that I should go on a bid? Is this a good solid Ford diesel tractor? Are parts available and affordable? Any advice would be appreciated!
