Model A JD round toit update

Got my camshaft back from Bullet Racing Cams.
Put the crankshaft and cam in today. Still waiting on the machine shop to finish the block and head.Called them today said they may be ready tomorrow.I was looking through the gasket set and found two rubber spacers about 3/8 in. tall and has about a 7/16 hole in them ,anybody know where these go? Thanks
