I would almost bet you have either bad battery cables or bad connections at the cables. I would replace the battery cables, use nothing less then #1 cables or even better 0 or 00 cables. I just fixed that sort of problem on a 580B and rewired the whole thing. It had around 10 wires on it that didn't go to any thing and looked very bad that way, plus who knew what was going on with all those wires.
