I handle insurance claims and have a insured who purchased a gray market L1501 tractor. He had the tractor stolen. I spoke to a Kubota dealer and they told me that as far as the U.S. market a comparable tractor would be a L175. My insured told me his tractor was manufactured he belived in 1993. I see that the L175 was manufactured in 1973. I was trying to determine since the L1501 was comparable to the L175 would they have more than likely been manufactured in the same year. Or since the L1501 is gray market if it is possible it was manufactured in 1993. Which seems odd if the L175's parts are interchangable with the L1501.
