I found a way to get around the issues with borrowing. I keep mine in my barn with about a 1000 board feet of lumber on it. When someone asks, I tell them whats on it and tell them if they want to use it they will have to put the lumber up in the loft first. Its been that way since December, I haven't had any takers yet. I found a half a rick of wood didn't deter a family member from borrowing. I had to think bigger. Of course that means I can't use it unless I get off my rearend and put the wood in the loft. Like I said, I haven't found any takers yet.
