Hi Ol' Bud, Heck, those old bankers and lenders are either retired or long gone out of business and I'm way past all that "mad" now. Besides, that kind of an approach just slows a feller down. :>) Oddly enough, it is turning out that the cost of this little endeavor will have been just about the same total money as the wolves took at the farm sale back in '83. So personally, as well as financially, it is as though I just took a 23-year recess from the farming business so I could somehow get my head screwed on straight. :>( Hard lesson learned however, always work on your own money and never, ever get the idea that farming pays. When I finally got this little bit of info figured out, then things started coming back my direction and I now use it to my advantage. You bet! Come on out, we've got dirt to turn! :>) Allan
