paint on a farmall 140

Im new to the tractor situation. my dad recently bought a farmall 140 with a woods mower. its a little rusty and we are trying to restore/rebuild and we are trying to find a good paint that wont wear off when we go to use the tractor. what are your suggestions? as much help and as many details possible will be great. thanks in advance!
