same stuff comes in the same truck and they add dye at the tank at the gas station but our balk truck adds it to his tank at his fill site. just watched the tanker at a BP station do it today he had about a quart that he added as he filled the tank and then moved his hose to the road tank

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
