Not sure if you got my e-mail but I did send Old a copy of how I do it. Just hope I typed it up right for him?
I didn't get to much done today other paying a visit to my MD.
I went for a walk the other day and some how I twisted my knee and I heard some think snap.
Been sore since Doc. told me it's a spran.
Now this doctor purscibed me one more medication to take. I all ready take 12 different ones now. I feel like a victom of drug abuse! But I haven't taken the one from the doctor today got to reading the side affects no way. Even the Pharmacist thought I shouldn't take them! Mike
