You are probably trying to using the wrong line in the photobucket. There is 3 lines under your photo 1st one is url 2.is tag 3. is img. All you need to do is highlite the "tag" line Copy it then do a "Paste" under your message. you don't need to put it in the OPTIONAL IMAGE URL BLOCK under message window.HTH Keith & Shawn
