I got pretty lucky at my house, not even a limb down in the yard. about a mile west of me they got baseball sized hail, a friend called me this morning who lives at Strafford MO and said the twister went over his house about 200 feet overhead. Our parts managers sister had her house destroyed at Billings MO (20 miles southwest of Springfield), There was a 64 year old man killed at Marionville, Wilson Creek National Battlefield area had several houses destroyed and a lot of damage, 50 to 60 houses completly destroyed at a nice subdivision in Nixa, MO. (15 miles south) Marshfied, MO area (25 miles East) also sustained a lot of damage, A horse farm that was destroyed a couple of years ago got it again last night with a lot of injury to the animals. Here at Trux's we had a 9,500 gallon gas tanker blown about 20 feet side ways, it stayed upright though. I thought my Border Collie was going to have a nervious breakdown last night! Walter
