I read an article on those tractors in a magazine. They were supplied by a guy if I remember right, in Arkansas.One of them didn't have an engine in it when he brought them to Memphis and he had to pull the engine in the other one. They had the one on the bank of the lake hooked to a cable system to move it back and forth.They placed the other one in the lake to make it appear he had backed it into the water.
