Buy yourself a nice garden tractor or zero turn. For fence building, get yourself a manual post hole digger from a hardware store, or you actually don't need a post hole digger at all, just a round bar to poke and ream a hole in the ground to stick the end of the fence post into, then drive it in with a post maul. There, you could save yourself some money. I am guessing you want to build a property fence around your 5 acres. 5 acres really isn't much and once your done, you wouldn't have any more use for a post hole digger.
